Merry Christmas!

Today was fun and crazy at the same time. We took Cole & Malia and her friend Kayla sledding this morning. They were so cute! Kayla has never been sledding before and she loved it. The girls were so cute giggling with each other each time they went down. Cole didn't know what to think at first, but started to talk a little toward the end. He would say 'oooh' and 'wow' as we were going down the hill. It was pretty cute! I tried to get a few pictures, but it was so bitter cold my hands were freezing after just 2 seconds of taking my gloves off to get the camera out. So I only did it once!
Toward the end, Malia and Kayla went down the hill and hit a small ditch type thing in the snow and they kinda flipped on their side and Malia hit her lip on some ice and cut her lip up a little bit so it kind of ruined the sledding trip for her. Kayla was having so much fun she didn't want to leave. Hopefully we can do it again soon!
Cole was exhausted and fell asleep on the short 5 minute drive home. He didn't even wake up getting him out of the car or out of his entire snow suit to lay him down at home!

Tonight we went to Grandma Jennie's house for her Christmas Eve dinner and she did a little nativity story/play that they had all the kids act out. Malia was excited to play 'Mary' and be able to hold the baby Jesus, which was her cousin Parker. It was pretty cute. And her 2nd cousin Tanner was Joseph, and later Malia was chasing him around the basement calling 'Joseph! Joseph!' It was pretty cute.
Well, this may be my last post for a while since we are moving the day after Christmas. I have loved this ward and all the friends I have made while living here and I will miss everyone so much! I hope we get into a house soon though and don't have to impose on our inlaws for too long. They are so awesome to let us stay with them for a while though and we really appreciate it. Anyway, we hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Merry Christmas!
