House update

Ok, so if anyone hasn't heard, we did not get the house. We had a house inspection done and there were too many things that needed to be fixed just to be able to move in and the seller was not willing to fix ANY of them so it's not happening. Kind of frustrating...6 months of looking and we're still back to square one. I can't even count how many houses we've seen. We are going out 3 times this week to look again. I'm just sick of the whole process. And we thought for sure we would have had this house, and we gave our notice for our apartment and everything...so we're moving in with Ry's parents at the end of the month and hopefully we can find something asap. So anyway...that's the deal.

That sucks. I think that house would have been more work than it's worth. Good luck!!

I'm sorry! I'm way sad that this means you might not be in my ward anymore! I'll miss you.

My neighborhood has 2 houses for sale....I would LOVE to have you move into my neighborhood!!! Sorry that the house didn't work out. It would have been nice to stay in the ward with friends.

I'm sorry to hear about your house. Here is the link to the builder I was talking about in case you want to stoop to a townhome for a couple years. The ammenities are nice and they are brand new and affordable.

Also, I know you're working with an agent, but have you looked at www.utahrealestate.com ?

You can look up homes in any zipcode and put what you're looking for. Here are a couple in your price range:
