Baby birds

Several weeks ago we noticed a bird building a nest in the tree right outside our window. We have noticed the mommy bird coming and going for a while, but then about a week or so ago we noticed things moving in the nest when the mommy bird came back to the nest...we could see little tiny beaks poking up out of the nest! Malia has been very concerned about making sure the baby birds have been getting fed by their mommy and she sits at the window and watches them everytime she hears them squeaking! Now they are starting to get much bigger and trying to stand up...so we're starting to get better views of the little babies...and the beginnings of feathers growing on them. It's been fun to watch, especially for Malia. She tells everyone about the little baby birds outside our window!
