Easter Pics

We had an Easter Egg Hunt at my parents house in their huge back yard...it was perfect! We all warned the older kids to let the smaller ones get some eggs too...but we didn't know how competitive Cole was going to be! He must be a Baumann! He was running to each egg and diving to them if someone else got too close...knocking people out of the way, etc!(Ok, not really, but he was definitely racing for each egg!) He was loving it! It was so funny! He ended up with more than double the eggs that Malia got! However, Malia refused to pick up any eggs that were not Pink or Purple...thus the reason for not having as many eggs. She is so girlie it cracks me up!!

My cute kids the day before Easter...Malia was in the mood to pose for me and kept asking me to take pictures...so then Cole joined in too! They are so stinkin' cute! I love my kiddos!



Last monday for our family night we did the easter egg thing. The kids always love it and it's so fun to watch them! When we first handed Cole a boiled egg to start painting, he slammed it down on the table and started trying to peel the shell off! He loves to help me peel eggs so he just thought that's what we were doing! It took us a few minutes to explain to him NOT to break the eggs!
