Malia's Best Friend

Malia has made some cute little friends since starting preschool and she is always talking about them and telling me stories. But one little girl, Londyn, is the one that Malia has talked about the most. Their preschool teacher tells me that they are always holding hands and walking together and have to sit by each other and are practically joined at the hip. And on days that Malia doesn't listen so well (and the teacher has to come out to talk to me when I pick her up) 99% of the time, she and Londyn were involved in it together. They are so cute though and have very similar personalities and are both just teeny and petite.
Anyway, Wednesday Malia begged me to call Londyn and see if she could play. So we had our first little play date with her - we would have a long time ago but with the whole move and everything it hasn't been easy.
The girls were so dang cute I can't even stand it! They were just giggling and hugging each other and being dramatic and pretend crying (like Cinderella)...then they would take turns being the evil step-mother...then I'd hear them giggling again a few minutes later. They changed clothes at least 5 times so that each of them had a chance to wear all of Malia's princess dress up clothes...then they painted each others fingernails and toes...it was the best day ever! The only problem we had was Cole trying to play with them and they didn't like that very much! Luckily my sister-in-law Sheri came over for a little while with her little guy, Mason. So it was perfect! Cole and Mason played in his room, and the two little princesses played in Malia's room. I think I was more excited about it than Malia was! It was so much fun watching these two cute little girls play together! After how well that day went, Londyn's mom and I have already set up the next week's play date for them! It is so nice to finally be in our house and be able to do things with friends again!
Oh, and the cutest part was when Sheri got there, Malia said 'this is Londyn...she's my best friend' and Londyn got the cutest little smile on her face like it had just made her day! They were so cute!Anyway, here are a few pictures of the two princesses! Love it!
