Sing along

So Malia is totally dramatic and loves to play princesses as you've all seen before...now she is also really getting into singing very dramatically too. She sings the Ariel song and the Sleeping Beauty song more than anything else, but she really likes to just sing opera-like and make up words as she goes along. She'll sing about anything she happens to see at the moment. It's hilarious and I love it! I think she sings like this because she is trying to sound like Aurora (Sleeping Beauty) who is her favorite princess at the moment. Anyway, yesterday I was taking pictures of Cole and she wanted me to take some of her too...so I asked her to sing me a song and I got some video of it. I love it! I seriously need to get her into some kind of acting class or something because she is so dramatic! Funny girl!

Cole has been so funny lately too and is really into his cars and trucks. His new favorite game is to line them up on the stair railings or to line up books on the floor and drive his trucks over them. Last night he even had to sleep with his trucks! I guess when Grandma put him to bed he wouldn't give them up so when we got home from working on our house (and the kids were already asleep) we went in to check on them and kiss them goodnight and we tried to take Cole's trucks from him and he jumped up and started saying 'tuck, tuck' so we just let him have it. It was pretty funny because then he was snoring 2 seconds after we gave them back to him. Cole is also really into saying 'yeah!' after everything we say or ask him. We'll say 'Cole should we suck out your nose?' or 'should we spank your bum?' and he'll very enthusiastically say 'yeah!!' What a funny kid! I have the cutest kids ever! They make me crazy but I love them so much!
